Without judgment, we meet people where they are to increase harm reduction and peer recovery support services.
At Sea Change, our team is made up of people who have personally experienced substance use challenges and recovery, along with supportive family members, friends, and allies. We offer a warm, friendly environment where you can find peer-based recovery support and harm-reduction services. Our goal is to help you on your journey to wellness and recovery!
All of our services are free and confidential.

Individualized peer recovery coaching
Support Groups 7 days a week

Harm reduction and overdose prevention supplies, including:
Naloxone (a.k.a. Narcan)
Fentanyl and xylazine test strips
Sterile supplies (including syringes, cookers, alcohol pads, cottons, and tourniquets)
Safer smoking supplies, including bubble or stem pipes
Injection alternative supplies
Safer sex supplies, including condoms + Plan B
Sharps containers
Wound care kits, hygiene kits, and weather kits
Community health and social service referrals.
Primary medical care referrals and direct service.
Assistance with food support, substance use treatment, clothing, and housing
